Job Description
This role requires working closely with the Head of Department; supervising facilities management managers; regional leadership; developing an annual regional plan for the implementation of the company objectives; developing a financial forecast; ensuring legal compliance for all buildings; undertaking regular technical reviews of mechanical and electrical and public health systems and managing delivery of capital projects.
Essential requirements: IOHS qualification, previous regional facilities management experience.
