I have over 28 years of extensive experience in recruitment, as well as in strategy consultancy for business development. Over many years, my widespread experience has included establishing corporate identities, identifying markets, developing products, liaising with accountants, attracting candidates and clients, selling businesses, sales and marketing within the legal profession and accounting in the Oil Petro Chemical industries. My experience means that I have a vast understanding of various industries and various contacts with top executives, providing an unrivalled basis for the successful management of Unique Appointments.

My role within the business is to ensure the smoothest delivery of recruitment support to both clients and candidates from the beginning to the very end of the process. I ensure that filling our jobs is both an intimate and a managed process, tailored to the quality-driven personal ethos of Unique Appointments. I find and develop relationships with the very best facilities management staff in the industry.

After graduating in 2002 I immediately secured a job in merchandising and then as an operations manager. I have been with Unique Appointments from its very inception and so have a thorough understanding of the industry and the high level of service Unique Appointments is determined to deliver. I approach the challenges of my role with unrivalled professionalism, gaining genuine personal satisfaction from ensuring a perfect client/candidate pairing and from helping candidates find their dream job. I have a proven aptitude for curating the company’s large database of talent. I am certainly planning a bright and long future at Unique Appointments.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Working closely with Kate, I ensure the smoothest delivery of recruitment support to both clients and candidates from the beginning to the very end of the process. We both ensure that filling vacancies is both an intimate and a managed process, tailored to the quality-driven personal ethos of Unique Appointments. I find and develop relationships with high calibre employees, focusing specifically on property and construction within the facilities management sector.

I graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 2005 and ever since I have been committed to bettering the community. I always had, and always will have, a true passion for helping people. Helping candidates find their dream job and allowing clients to discover the ideal employee is exhilarating. With vast experience in residential, hospitality and commercial design industries, my managerial experience has given me an unmatched level of efficiency and professionalism. I also have vast experience in residential, hospitality, workplace and commercial interior design.

Senior Industrial Recruitment Manager

My primary role concerns operational responsibility. I supply workers across Nottinghamshire and London to many sectors such as manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, construction, packaging, waste management, and office support. For me, it is crucial to take the client on the entire journey to ensure the ultimate outcome is achieved: a perfect pairing. I am driven to create 100% satisfaction and I achieve this through my attitude and attention to detail. My experience in managing sales have given me exceptional skills in developing customer relationships, which is vital when finding the right client/candidate fit. Managerial roles in various industries have put me in great stead to supply workers to various sectors, especially in facilities management.

Global Sales and Marketing Director

My role focuses on supporting the Managing Director to develop and execute company strategy. I am a hands-on director, offering counsel to ensure that Unique Appointments provides the best service to top tier companies and high calibre clients as well as ensuring that our ethical responsibilities are never neglected. With extensive experience in global industry, I feel proud to play a crucial role in extending the Unique name from Uniqueworld to Unique Appointments. I am highly experienced in executing integrated marketing projects with an exceptional international product knowledge and a history in successful business development. My negotiation skills influence all levels of an organisation and thus have been invaluable to Unique Appointments.

Recruitment Administrator

I am responsible for the company’s central administration function and the contact for candidates asking about our ongoing recruitment campaigns. Ever since graduating from Oxford University, I have gained extensive customer service and administration experience across the service and retail industries. I thrive when quickly developing relationships with both candidates and clients whilst juggling various responsibilities including candidate engagement and recruitment process management.
