Job Description
This role requires project managing the refurbishment of several properties for a technology business as well as organising the relocation of staff and equipment throughout the process. It will be a complex facilities-based project and the refurbishment is scheduled to run for year.
Essential requirements: direct experience of managing similarly complex facilities-based projects which have included the relocation of many staff.
