My role within the business is to ensure the smoothest delivery of recruitment support to both clients and candidates from the beginning to the very end of the process. I ensure that filling our jobs is both an intimate and a managed process, tailored to the quality-driven personal ethos of Unique Appointments. I find and develop relationships with the very best facilities management staff in the industry.
After graduating in 2002 I immediately secured a job in merchandising and then as an operations manager. I have been with Unique Appointments from its very inception and so have a thorough understanding of the industry and the high level of service Unique Appointments is determined to deliver. I approach the challenges of my role with unrivalled professionalism, gaining genuine personal satisfaction from ensuring a perfect client/candidate pairing and from helping candidates find their dream job. I have a proven aptitude for curating the company’s large database of talent. I am certainly planning a bright and long future at Unique Appointments.
